MPH and the regen would start and light would go out.FWIW, the P0401 is always there. The P0404 and P1408 came via a KOER test. No other codes, and I'm assuming I am just gonna need to do some major cleaning, but want to make sure I'm not missing something. FICM, HPOS PSI is good warm and cold. The P0301 could be caused by that since the ICP controls injection. P0381 for the glow plug would probably just cause hard starts. I'd start with replacing the ICP sensor though. Check the connector on it also.

If not, folks are correct ... it could be the EGR or it could be the turbo. This code is an EGR "FLOW" code.
